Order Changes

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a size or address change by contacting us at:

Exchanges and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, we offer exchanges or full refunds.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • To initiate a request, email us at [email protected]
  • After 14 days from the delivery date, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges

Please Note:

  • This policy does not apply to incorrect order details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size or incorrect address)
  • Please double-check your order before placing it

Pre-Order / Made-To-Order Items:

  • These items must be canceled within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund to the original payment method

Sale Items:

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged

Damages and Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer:

  • A free exchange (including return shipping), or
  • A full refund

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note:
Defects refer to issues that significantly affect the product’s appearance or functionality. Minor issues (such as loose threads inside the garment) are not considered defects.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If tracking appears delayed, it may be due to courier issues
  • If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after being marked as delivered, please contact us

Important:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned to us (typically within 4–6 weeks), we can reship it for an additional fee
